Our refund policy is as follows:
Before the Event
Only main festival tickets are refundable. There will be a refund fee if you request a refund before the event has started. No refunds will be permitted for any M-Hot Laps or M-Drift Rides.
- More than 30 days prior to the event
75% of what you paid will be refunded.
- Between 7 - 30 days prior to the event
50% of what you paid will be refunded.
- Less than 7 days prior to the event
25% of what you paid will be refunded.
- Special Circumstances
In cases of serious unforeseen circumstances that prevent event attendence, refunds will be considered.
